Broadcasting from a remote location is easily solved through deployment of a “Flyaway” satellite system. Based on iDirect technology, the Ku-band mobile antenna system can be set up single-handedly in no time at all and requires very little training.
The system can be trailer or vehicle mounted or set up on the ground. Once powered up it will automatically lock on to the satellite.

If disaster strikes and you need to re-establish business continuity urgently, Onlime has experienced field partners throughout Europe who can deploy iDirect based services at short notice (24-48 hours) for short or long term contracts. Services include supply, installation and commissioning with Internet or MPLS connectivity.
The Teleport is fully equipped to uplink services in C and Ku-band to a wide variety of satellites, whether for data or broadcast. All uplinks are monitored by our 24/7 NOC and the teleport has extensive redundancy facilities. We operate under strict SLAs and guarantee to provide a quality service.
The Teleport has extensive downlink facilities and as an example we currently downlink television channels from satellites outside the reach of broadcasters and then deliver the content in ASI or IP formats over fibre to their facilities in other parts of the world.
24/7 Network Operations Centre
The Teleport is home to a global ultra-modern multilingual and multinational 24/7 Network Operations Centre (NOC). The NOC is responsible for managing and monitoring every aspect of the Teleport operations, and plays a vital and proactive role in making sure that our customers receive the highest level of technical support.
We monitor our customer’s services around the clock and communicate promptly to resolve any issues.
A key part of the Onlime commitment is to ensure that we deliver what we promise. We have a dedicated Project Management team based in Hameln and in our UK offices whose responsibility it is to make sure deadlines are met; budgets are adhered to; and we deliver the highest quality of service expected of us.
We are very much aware of the need to be “close to our customers” and have either set out to have our own support staff on the ground or have built up a network of highly reliable support engineers in the countries and territories where we operate. Remote support is coordinated by our 24/7 NOC and you can rely on us to respond promptly or within timeframes specified in your SLA.
